Customers will often ask us, can copy the board does not destroy the original board, keep the original PCB board. In most cases is not ok, why the PCB copy board to destroy the original PCB board?
We need a preliminary understanding of the lamina structure of PCB.
The biggest difference between PCB multi-layer board and single panel and double panel is to increase the internal power supply layer (maintain the inner electric layer) and the connection layer, and the power supply and ground wire network are mainly wired on the power supply layer. Multi-layer board wiring is mainly based on the top layer and the bottom layer, supplemented by the middle wiring layer.
With the improvement of production technology, now most circuit boards are not only single panels or double panels but multilayer boards, multilayer boards means that there are some lines hidden inside the circuit board, if not damaged, polishing off the external green oil and filler is not able to obtain the internal line structure.
Even for the single or double panels, most of them have silk printing or welding resistance covered on a half layer, and usually need to be polished to see the line for PCB plate copying.
We can make a brief summary from here:
Most PCB plates have silk printing or resistance welding to cover on the plate layer to affect the copy plate;
2. The inner layer line of the multi-layer plate must be polished before copying the plate.
